TPA W/C & LIABILITY SELF-INSURED CLIENT SALES
We are seeking proven sales producers in the self-insured workers’ compensation and liability market. The position requires established relationships within the self-insured community of clients, brokers and agents. The single purpose of this opportunity is securing new business service contracts. The position is base + commission.

WORKERS’ COMPENSATION LOST TIME ADJUSTER
Manage workers’ compensation lost time claims with well-developed action plans to an appropriate and timely resolution. Calculate and assign timely and appropriate reserves to claims; manage reserve adequacy throughout the life of the claim. Calculate and pay benefits due; approve and make timely claim payments and adjustments; and settle claims within designated authority level. Prepare necessary state fillings within statutory limits. Manage the litigation process; ensure timely and cost effective claims resolution. Coordinate vendor referrals for additional investigation and/or litigation management. Use appropriate cost containment techniques including strategic vendor partnerships to reduce overall cost of claims for our clients. Manage claim recoveries, including but not limited to subrogation, Second Injury Fund, excess recoveries and Social Security and Medicare offsets. Report claims to the excess carrier; respond to status requests in a professional and timely manner. Communicate claim activity and processing with the claimant and the client; maintain professional client relationships. Ensure claim files are properly documented and claims coding is correct. Requires knowledge of SC workers’ compensation principles and laws, experience with reserve management, medical cost containment, subrogation, and litigation management. Licensed SC adjuster.

EMPLOYEE BENEFIT SALES
Geography is no longer a barrier to health administration. With ASO, medical only and ancillary programs, we serve clients and their members across the USA with a concentration in the southeastern states. We are seeking a proven sales producer in the employee benefits market to include ancillary lines. The position requires established relationships within the community of employers and their advisors and a sound knowledge base of the state of healthcare. The single purpose of this opportunity is securing new business service contracts. Attractive commissions.

NURSE CASE MANAGER
An in-office position in Greenville, SC for an experienced RN. The qualified candidate will provide medical case management of workers’ compensation cases, as well as evaluation of medical necessity and appropriateness of a proposed medical service for group medical plans. Position requires R.N. designation and at least one national certification: CCM, CRRN, COHN, CDMS.
